SCBWI PAL member and Children’s Literature Council of Southern California board member Nell Cross Beckerman will be hosting a virtual event on Booking Paid and Unpaid Author Visits at Public Libraries! I will be sharing tips and tricks for this along with an LA County Youth Services librarian who is involved in the decision making process.” This learning opportunity will happen on Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. (with a recording available for those who can’t attend live) alongside author Dana Middleton and librarian Annalisa Engh.
